Elena Tafone is a lyricist and songwriter based in New York City.
She is known for her collaborations with her cousin, composer John Tafone.
JOHN TAFONE

Composer, arranger, and orchestrator John Tafone was born and raised in Westerly, RI. As a teen, he became the youngest full-season pops orchestrator in the country. He continued his studies in composition in Washington DC and in the U.K. at Oxford University.
John has written for numerous TONY and GRAMMY award-winning artists. His work has been performed at Christ Church Cathedral (UK), the Kennedy Center (Washington, D.C.), PPAC, the New York Musical Theatre Festival, and as part of the True Concord’s “Close-Up” series. John has also orchestrated for various film, video game, and theatrical productions. His work has been featured on PBS and NPR.
